Terms.

Allie is an invited beta: it’s still changing, and it can have faults.

Who can use it. You need an invitation or a place on our beta list, and you must be at least 13. Child accounts aren’t available yet.

Your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done through your account. We never ask for a password.

Your family. A family’s owner and admins can invite and remove people, and the owner can hand ownership to another adult who accepts. Each member’s private chat and memories stay theirs, whatever their role.

What you put in. What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Allie for you and the people you share it with.

Using Allie fairly. Don’t use Allie to break the law, harm or harass anyone, get into other people’s data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Your assistant. It’s an AI. It can be wrong, it doesn’t act for anyone else, and it never agrees to a request for you. Check what matters, especially dates, and don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency help.

Calendars and other services. When you connect Google or Microsoft, their terms apply to their services. Events Allie writes there are written at your request or your family’s confirmed proposal.

The beta. We may change, pause, or end features, or the beta itself. We’ll give notice where we can, and you can download your data before an account or service ends.

Liability. Allie is a beta, provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Skaler Labs LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim about Allie is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law there permits. Washington State law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, write to support@askallie.com, and we’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can’t, the state courts in Kitsap County, Washington, or the federal courts for the Western District of Washington decide it, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

Changes to these terms. The new version is posted here with its date.
